Welcome To Our Wholesale Program!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale business customer. Our wholesale program is for select businesses to purchase cases of our products at wholesale prices. To qualify for wholesale purchase, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You must be a registered business with a resale/business license
2. You must purchase a minimum of 3-10 items per order
3. Wholesale orders will only be accepted through our site. Wholesale prices will be applied to online orders.
4. Merchandise must be prepaid using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, & American Express credit cards.

To become one of our newest wholesale customers, please follow these simple application steps

2. Provide a copy of your valid Resale or Business License (using the form above)

When your completed signup form has been submitted, a wholesale representative will review and be in contact with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please send them to support@boardroomorganics.com **B.R.O. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit or limit sales to resellers or other parties who purchase a product from B.R.O with the intention to resell to a third party. B.R.O. also reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per account, credit card, billing or shipping address, person, household, or order for any reason.  

Pricing

Prices shown in our wholesale price list are 20%–40% off our retail prices. Please be advised that you are not permitted to sell any of our products without our consent. This includes your own website, Amazon, Ebay or similar sites. Failure to comply will result in automatic removal from our wholesale program. Shipping charges will be charged to your credit card after a shipping label is created for your package. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. No coupons or affiliate offers may be applied to wholesale orders. Board Room Organics does not accept returns on wholesale orders.

Minimum Orders

The minimum wholesale order is 3-10 products. There is a 10 item minimum per product on certain items; a case minimum on others; and a 3 item minimum per product on all other products.

Terms

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is due when order is placed. Wire transfers or ACH deposits may be required for high value international and domestic orders.

All wholesale pricing is accessible by logging into our website with a Wholesale Account and visiting the Products  where you will see wholesale prices and order minimums listed where applicable. If a product does not display a wholesale price, you may still order it, but be advised that you will be charged full retail and tax for that product. If you are already a wholesaler but do not know what your Wholesale Account log in is, please contact us for additional help.
